B. Booking Terms & Conditions (Activities & Day Tours)

These Booking Terms apply when you reserve services with us directly or via the Site. If you book via an OTA/agent, their platform terms apply in addition to ours (see Section B.18).

B1) Scope & Acceptance

By placing a booking, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, authorized to accept these Terms for your party, and have reviewed the product page (inclusions/exclusions and venue rules).

B2) What’s Included / Excluded

Included services are stated on your voucher (e.g., entry ticket, transfers, lunch if listed). Items not expressly listed are excluded. Venue rules (height/weight limits, dress code, prohibited items) form part of your contract.

B3) Prices, Currency & Taxes

  • Prices are per person unless stated otherwise and include applicable taxes/service charges.
  • Currency is as displayed at purchase; your bank may charge FX or processing fees.
  • We may correct obvious pricing errors before travel. If you do not accept a corrected price, you may cancel for a full refund of amounts paid for the affected service.

B4) Payment & Confirmation

  • We accept major cards and selected e‑wallets via secure gateway.
  • Your booking is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email/voucher. If you do not receive it within minutes, contact us.

B5) Age, Child & ID Policy

  • Infants (0–3): usually free on lap; no separate seats/meals unless specified.
  • Children (4–11): child rate where available (age on service date applies).
  • Adults (12+): adult rate.
  • Government photo ID/passport may be required at pickup/entry. The lead traveler must present the voucher (digital accepted).

B6) Health, Fitness & Safety

  • Some rides/activities are not suitable for pregnancy; back/neck issues; recent surgery; or heart conditions.
  • Height/weight restrictions may apply and are enforced by venue staff.
  • Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
  • Accessibility varies by vehicle/venue; please advise needs in advance so we can confirm options.

B7) Transportation & Pickup Windows

  • Shared transfers serve multiple hotels; pickup windows may shift by ±15–30 min due to routing/traffic.
  • Meeting point is typically the main hotel gate/security. Some hotels require a nearby pickup point.
  • Missing pickup due to lateness/wrong location is a no‑show (see B10).

B8) Amendments by You

  • Name/date changes are subject to availability and any supplier fees (e.g., venue‑issued tickets).
  • Submit requests in writing before the cut‑off shown on your voucher.

B9) Cancellations by You

Unless a product page states otherwise:

  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before start time → 100% refund.
  • Within 24 hours or no‑show → 100% charges apply (no refund).
  • Groups (≥10 pax), private vehicles, or special setups may have 72‑hour (or longer) cut‑off; see your invoice/voucher.
  • Processor/bank fees and FX differences are non-refundable.

B10) No‑Shows & Late Arrival

  • Not present at pickup at the scheduled time/location → no-show (non-refundable).
  • Late venue arrival reduces time inside; unused time is not refundable.

B11) Changes or Cancellations by Us

We may modify, delay, or cancel a service due to operations, venue capacity/maintenance, weather (wind/sandstorms), public events, safety, or force majeure (B16). Where possible we will offer: (1) a new time/date; (2) a comparable service; or (3) a refund of the affected component. Our liability is limited to amounts paid for the affected service.

B12) Venue Rules & Conduct

  • Follow all instructions from venue staff/lifeguards.
  • Dress code: proper swimwear required; cotton/loose garments may be restricted.
  • Prohibited: outside food/drinks, glass, alcohol, sharp objects, drones, pets, and any items restricted by the venue.
  • Temporary attraction closures for safety/maintenance/weather do not entitle guests to compensation if the park is otherwise operational.

B13) Meals, Allergies & Special Diets

We will pass dietary requests to suppliers but cannot guarantee an allergen‑free environment. Guests with severe allergies must take personal precautions.

B14) Personal Property & Lost Items

We are not liable for loss/theft/damage to personal items during transport or at venues. Use lockers where available (deposits/fees may apply).

B15) Photography & Media

Personal photos/videos are allowed where lawful and permitted by the venue. Operational/safety photos may be taken. We will seek consent for identifiable marketing use.

B16) Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays, modifications, or non‑performance caused by events beyond our control (e.g., acts of God, severe weather, fire/flood, power outages, epidemics, government actions, strikes, protests, road closures, venue shutdowns).

B17) Liability & Assumption of Risk

Participation in water‑based/outdoor activities carries inherent risks. By joining, you accept these risks and agree to follow safety guidance. Our liability is limited to direct losses up to the amount paid for the affected service. We are not liable for indirect/consequential losses (e.g., missed flights, loss of enjoyment, or profit). Nothing limits liability where unlawful to do so under applicable law.

B18) OTA/Agent Bookings

If booked via an OTA/agent, their terms apply in addition to ours. In case of conflict, the more restrictive cancellation/amendment rule may apply per the sales channel.

B19) Data Protection

We process personal data to manage bookings, deliver services, and meet legal obligations, and may share limited data with suppliers (venues/transport) solely for service delivery. See our Privacy Policy for details.

B20) Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, personal accident, liability, and cancellation/curtailment.

C. General & Legal

C1) Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Egyptian courts.

C2) Contact & Complaints

  • Contact our operations team immediately for on‑trip issues so we can assist.
  • Unresolved matters: email a written complaint within 7 days of service date including booking number, names, and evidence (photos/videos). We aim to respond within 7 business days.

C3) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you place your booking or the version referenced on your voucher.
