Project AWARE Specialist Conservation Course Program:

Many party of the underwater world are in danger – and you can be one of the heroes who help protecting the world’s most fragile and important aquatic ecosystems. Every single person can make a difference. You will learn about some of the most pressing problems and about which everyday actions you can take to help conserve them. The Project AWARE Foundation is the scuba diving industry’s leading nonprofit environmental organization. It is dedicated to conserving the aquatic environment through education, advocacy and action. When you complete this, you can become a partner in the efforts to preserve the underwater environment. We will tell you everything about the ocean commons and coastal zone issues and about fishing challenges and sustainability. You will get an overview of the coral environment and its inhabitants and which role you as a diver can play in protecting these sensitive ecosystems.
