You can make with us an unforgettable trip to Petra by flight and ferry.

A guide of our company will pick you up directly from the entrance door of your hotel in Marsa Alam; you will be transferred in an air-conditioned vehicle to Hurghada Airport to fly to Taba Airport where our driver will wait for you to transfer you to the port where you board the ferry to Aqaba in Jordan. From there our representative will transfer you to Petra.

Before you can enter the city itself, you have to cross ‘The Siq‘ which is the main entrance to Petra and already a sight of its own. The walk through the Siq takes approximately half an hour before finally you will experience the breathtaking first view of Petra – a really dramatic approach and induction to the city. The narrow winding path through the canyon dramatically opens up to expose the awesome facade of the El-Khazneh, ‘the treasury’, Petra’s landmark.

Petra, the ‘rose-red city’, is located in the mountains, colored in different nuances of red, depending from time of day. Petra is an archaeological, architectonical and geological phenomenon. Your guide will share with you the legends, truths and myths of this incredible place. You will explore all the major sites and ruins on the route. The walk through Petra is made easy by the endless sights and fascinating facts which bring to life a history as colorful as the sandstone rock from which the city was carved.
You will walk on the streets of this mystic city with buildings, tombs, baths, funerary halls, temples, arched gateways, and colonnaded streets, that were mostly carved from the kaleidoscopic sandstone, witnessing the technical and artistic genius of its inhabitants. On the way you will see a Roman Theatre, the Archeological Museum with its rich collection of interesting items found in Petra and the Nabatean Museum set into the hillside. You will have lunch in a local restaurant with international and Jordanian cuisine.

As soon as you will finish your Petra trip you will board the ferry back to Taba from where you be driven to the airport. After your flight to Hurghada driver will be there to take you to your hotel in Marsa Alam.
