We will pick you up directly from the entrance door of your hotel in Alexandria; you will recognize our driver by a sign with your name in his hand.

He will take you to Al Alamein where in 1942 two important battles took place in the Second World War. Visit the Military Museumwhere you will learn everything about this war and the weapons, vehicles and commanders involved. Then you will go to see theWorld War II Cemeteries created for the thousands of Commonwealth, German and Italian soldiers who died in this place. For the German soldiers killed in action a big ossuary, reminding of a fortress, was built later. It’s a touching memory of countless lives lost in war and young soldiers buried far from there homes, often even in anonymous graves as their identity was unknown.

After a tasty lunch in a local restaurant you will travel back to your hotel in Alexandria.
